Policies
- Check In at 3:00 PM Early check in possible if arranged in advance.
- Two night minimum stay required on holidays and high season (May through September) Exceptions must be negotiated in advance.
- Full cancellation 10 days advance notice in high season (May through September).
- 50% cancellation up to 5 days advance notice.
- Less than 5 days will result in full charge and a gift certificate for a stay at another date.
- Non cancellation will result in full charge.
- Credit Card number required for room reservation and is pre billed.
- Confirmation upon payment.
- Master Card, Visa and American Express accepted.
- We allow some pets if advance notice is given. There is a pet charge of $15.00 per night if all conditions can be met. $ 50.00 pet deposit is refundable after inspection.
- Smoking is not allowed in rooms.
- Smoking is allowed in the designated courtyard area only.
- We will negotiate special packages for off season visits.
